Welcome to Shyam Cargo Movers. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with our services.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Customers must provide accurate details about the items to be moved, pickup and drop locations, and any special requirements.
  • A booking confirmation will be provided after the advance payment is made.
  • Any changes to the scheduled move must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is determined based on the volume of goods, distance, and additional services requested.
  • A non-refundable advance payment is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared before unloading at the destination.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Packing and Handling

  • Our team ensures safe and secure packing using high-quality materials.
  • Customers must inform us of fragile or high-value items that require special handling.
  • We are not responsible for damage to improperly packed items by the customer.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • While we take utmost care in handling goods, Shyam Cargo Movers is not liable for any loss or damage due to natural calamities, accidents, theft, or unforeseen events.
  • Customers are advised to opt for insurance coverage for additional protection.
  • Claims for damages, if any, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Delays and Cancellations

  • We strive to adhere to scheduled timelines; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the moving date are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

6. Restricted Items

  • We do not transport perishable goods, hazardous materials, explosives, illegal substances, or live animals.
  • Customers must ensure that no prohibited items are included in their shipment.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must be present or arrange a representative at both pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Adequate access must be provided for the moving team, including elevators and parking space.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check all belongings before departure.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or claims must be addressed in writing within seven days of service completion.
  • We strive to resolve disputes amicably, but unresolved matters will be handled as per applicable legal jurisdiction.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Customer details are kept confidential and are used only for service purposes.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments to Terms

  • Shyam Cargo Movers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
